 National Herpes Advocate

I was recognized by the American Social Health Association in July 2006 as a national herpes advocate due to my personal efforts to work towards educating others and eliminating the stigma surrounding herpes.  I appeared on the Tyra Banks Show in April 2006 on the episode, "The ABC's of STD's".  I was one of six women featured in the May 2007 issue of SHAPE magazine.  For answers to questions you may have about oral herpes (HSV-1) and genital herpes (HSV-2), please click here.
